thought this was a decent pic and just wanted to share it. Sorry, can you all tell I got the camera bug during the off season ????? One more weekend of crow coming up, then I'm SOL, gotta get the fishing license.

Ahhh.........God at work, it reminds me of how birds will use this as nesting and the wind will blow it all around, creating new growth far and wide. Beautifull photo and you should post more.

Looks like a cattail to me  Great picture :highclap:
Some good fire starting material there too if I remember correctly. I think the indians used the roots for something too didn't they. I'm pretty sure I read that somewhere. Cool pic though.
Steve
So tell us what kinda camera you bought

I bought the wife ( the only way I could get away with a new camera )
a little pocket sized Sanyo VPC-E760, 3x zoom, 7.1 mega pixel
Thats a pretty nice pic! I need a new camera since mine died.
Here's another decent little pic I named babblin brook. Pulled over to take a leak on the way home from work today and spotted this scene.
The sun reflecting off the ice on the branch is its only downfall. I spose I could photo shop it...
