I heard a rumor floating around (no pun intended) that cabelas is going to start stocking a "Jim Champion" action figure , like the "Hunter Dan" one. This one will be togged out in standard Wisconsin fishing gear, sandals, cut off jeans, a "TAKE ME BACK TO NH" tee shirt and a "Get er Done" ball cap with genuine fish hook accessory on it. Geared for the bass fishermen, when you squeeze the Action Figure (note: Action Figure, not "Doll") it will crap out Power Bait worms, and the ball cap doubles as a bottle opener. Just a rumor at this point but if is true I am definiteley adding one to my collection of Hank Parker, Jimmy Houston, and Babe Winkleman action figures.... :eyebrow:

I think I saw that "Action Whatever", but a guy in front of me grabbed the last one that the Dundee store had.

A "Jim Champion" action figure dressed in full camo, including the ever famous FnF logo hat. A miniature air soft Ruger rifle complete with ammo bandoleer is included along with a full lanyard of working predator calls. Scaled down predator (coyote) not included but can be bought separately, along with Jim's radio controlled Ford pick up truck.
Unlike the average everyday action figure, Jim Champion is run by a small battery operated computer located in his head. Not only does he move but is also audio capable. Programmed with Jim's most popular phrases like: Hey, buddy... Have you seen anything? I ain't seem nothing all day" and "I forgot my bullets...must be at home". Modern electronics at it's best! You will see Jim make the call, raise his rifle to shoulder and fire. To activate simply pull Jim's finger.
Caution: At the moment, this product is not recommended for small children. During the final testing stage, researchers found a software glitch. Seconds after the Jim Champion action figure fires the rifle it seems there are several minutes of "audio" that is not suitable for small children. So far they have not been able to find the source of this glitch.
