These guys are pretty rare and endangered and protected in NH, saw 2 within 50 yards of each other on sunday

Pretty cool looking. Look like an odd colored box turtle don't they?
They are pretty neat, first ones id ever seen, had to look em up online. The little buggers are fast on the ground. I think they were out and about lookin for turtle love. I told the fish and game guy and he asked for the pictures and tonight im taking him down and show him where they were.
Never seen nuttin like that before. Looks like he crawled under the safety scaffolding while they were painting it. :laf:
