Title: antler calls
Post by: FinsnFur on November 07, 2006, 10:58:12 PM
Do you guys buy your antlers?....look for them during shed season or?......

I have a little 10 point basket from a couple years ago, that's going to go in the trash. If one of you wants, I'd send it to ya.
Maybe I could have a small call from it. Maybe that's a out line to ask too

I'll take a pic and post it

I'll take the project on.

I'm pretty sure I can squeeze something nice out of it for ya.

Dang that was fast....I was still photo'ing.

Cool, Thanks,...You dont have to make me a call, I just wanna get rid of the thing and I know some of you guys can use the stuff. I didn't know how absurd it would be to throw that call thing in there.

PM me an address to send it to, I'll launch er out tomorrow on my way to work.

Oh yeah, I'll definately be able to go to work on that set. Gears are already turning. :eyebrow:

Just the horns will be fine. I've still got two full cans in my work truck.

PM on the way.

I get my elk antler from a great guy in Montana. I dont use deer antler for much except displays. There is a local farm that raises red stag and I occasionally buy from them as well

I didn't read the date either. That's funny.   But I got my 25 posts in anyway. Now I can use the pm feature if there is ever a need to.  :congrats:

It really depends on their diet. This guy takes decent care of the animals, so it was fairly good. The elk antler I got from Montana was excellent. Getting ready to order more from him.

BTW<
I didnt look at the dates when I responded to the original post. I just found the site recently and trying to look everything over. If I can do anything more to add to everyone's confusion, just holler at me
