Here is a nice piece of Purple Heart with a Carver New Rabid Rabbit tone board. I put a nice spit shine on it and most everyone knows that you can't go wrong the Rabid Rabbit. Absoulate great range of distress sounds.

That is a beautiful call.

I have found purpleheart easy to work with as long as your cutting tools are sharp.
