Help! I need some help!

Someone point me in the best direction to stop a rumor originating from North Carolina.

Borlands offered a discount of $100 dollars on any used or refurbished caller. Eventually they repriced all their refurb and used units to reflect the discount at their own website.

Well, a group of guys from NC apparently keep calling convinced that they should get both discounts. The discounted price minus the discount again.

I look at very few bulleting boards. Has anyone here seen a bunch of North Carolinians complaining about not being able to get a caller for next to nothing from Minaska based on this "double discount" at any other board, group, or club?
