I started out to do a coyote stand the first thing I see are about 15 turkey's

I set up along this tree line
that put the breeze coming straight to the camera
this is what was to my right

I didn't call anything in so I went to see about a ground hog around this old barn and where the old log cabin was
I was busy taking this pic when a hog spotted me and ran in the fence line oh well maybe next time

The timbers you see under the barn are from the old house that used to be there

Yep! Been there myself Joe!! :wink: Matter of fact a couple of us knocked the stuffing out of some crows that flew in from the oil well in the 4th pic. :eyebrownod:

Cool pics, went scouting today myself, seen a few woodies and a hen mallard with chicks.... NO GEESE !!!! where the hell all the geese went off the river is beyond me :madd:, but I think the farmer down stream that plants sweet corn on the mudd flats knows where they are. I'll be stopping by there next week to seek permission :eyebrow: :biggrin:
