Title: TWRA Dove hunt with the boys

I am posting this for Reggie (AKA Mallardsr) He is in a motel with bad internet service and cant upload pics to Photo bucket.


These young men had a blast Monday! They hunted a field leased by the TWRA (Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency). All five boys to include my son shot all 15 birds they were allowed. It was a Youth only hunt and had a surprising low turn out. I got them in the right spot at the right time somehow.

These boys at the end of the day were completely wore out, but they had fun getting that way. All boys pictured are between 11 and 13.       RP

Pretty nice looking weather for January 9th :laf:

Sure doesnt look like they had any difficulty during the hunt. good for them.
Reggy are those all your boys?

Looks like I forgot to reset the date when I changed batteries.  :shrug: If I had the choice I would take all of those boys to raise, however only one is mine.

It sure looks like they had a good time, and that like the Hokey Pokey, is what it is all about.

Pull the breast out. Marinate with a red wine. Wrap with bacon. Cook on grill. Eat  Rp

Anybody got a picture of one cleaned.  Not trying to steal the thread it's just that we don't hunt the doves around here.
