Title: Voice Howling
Post by: FinsnFur on September 19, 2008, 11:53:46 PM
How many of you guys can howl with your voices? :innocentwhistle:

I sure wish I could :doh2:

If YOU can, record yourself doing it, and post it up. I think it'd be interesting to see how many of you can do it. It'd even be more interesting if those of you that can do it, would share some tips for us that would like to learn how.

I'm building a new website for Jerry Hunsley, and he's sending me his sounds to put on it. YOU HAVE GOT TO HEAR THIS GUY VOICE HOWL.
Jerry dont do much bragging, so I'm gonna do it for him :eyebrownod: Sorry Jerry
Hunsley Voice Howl (http://www.wiley1predatorcalls.com/sites/all/sounds/voicehowl2nov30.wav)(245 kilobytes wav file)

The web sites not done yet and it's a very simple site, no bells and whistles http://www.wiley1predatorcalls.com

Jerry is the very best at voice howling. Here is a recording of one of my own lone howls.

Jerry's howls are outstanding even though he does it backwards. LOL
I have heard a few others who howl with their natural voice and they sound pretty good too.  The howls just have an entirely different tone to them. More realistic. Seems to me if a peson has a singing voice, they can howl too.  I have tried to learn to howl with my voice, but with no luck. But then again I cant sing either. LOL

Jim.
I have been working real hard to find that higher pitch in my vocal chords. I will get there if I don't break my old voice box first. I have learned however, that you don't have to sound exactly like a real coyote to FOOL the coyotes. Now it is sad that we don't have wolves around here. Listen to my dang voice howl of the wolf.
