Good for you. They are a pretty bird and I think they can run near as fast as they fly.
Nice photo too :congrats:
Pheasant has always been my favorite bird food. Wait sec :doh2: not bird food
You know what I mean :innocentwhistle:
They are good to eat and that one looks like it will be happy in the skillet. Just wondering how you got it since all the shells are loaded. (I know, it was a staged picture.)

Nice :eyebrownod:
They're not wild around here, the state raises them and stocks them so you know they were corn fed.
I put up a pair of them but only got the lead bird. The oldest boy and I missed a rabbit as well as a couple grouse.

What time is dinner? Looks yummy!
Wish we had the Pheasants and Grouse around here , I used to live in Maryland and enjoyed hunting them there. cc
Nice picture. We don't have many pheasants around here but alor of grouse.
Ditch chicken. :roflmao: ... I never heard that before. That's funny.

Nice roody Silencer! I need to go shoot a few of those. My eye trouble has cleared up enough I may be able to hit something.
