Maybe it's because people can't afford to drive as much & aren't poluting the air & the earth is getting back to normal. (?) :wo:
The U.S. has approximately 250 million motor vehicles. Red China had 100 million at the end of 2007, and it's expected to increase 35% by the end of 2008. It's estimated there are 50 million motor vehicles in Mexico, but the number may be higher since so many are illegal, unregistered, and stolen from the U.S. Of these 3 countries, only the U.S. enforces emmission controls.
I don't see China driving less, or even worrying about pollution, of any kind. Has anyone ever seen the smog in Mexico City? They haven't been driving any less, either. I think blaming the U.S. for "Global Warming" is quite a stretch of the imagination.
