I just finished this call up today. It's Black Walnut with a turned piece of antler fitted into the walnut to a depth of about 3/4 inch. Finished in polycrylic.

Never worked with antler, but I do like seeing it in calls. This one looks good and it looks like it has an excellent finish.

Thanks guys. I really like working with both wood and antler but this putting the 2 together has been a blast.
