Title: Got a Question
Post by: Jerry Hunsley on December 05, 2008, 08:24:15 PM

What type of packaging is it called that you see in just about every item that comes out in stores. It has a cardboard back and clear plastic on the front that you can see the item inside the package. A lot of calls come in that packaging . What is that called. It looks like it conforms to the item inside? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thats bubble packaging. They use a sheat of plasric and heat it till it is stretchy then they use a vacume to form it onto the cardboard with the call in place. the machine that does it is not all that expensive. you can find used ones on e-bay.
