Now that's right impressive. What's a grinner good for?
grinners are gas money. they pay for the gas tpocheck all the other traps...specially when ya catch over 100 like we have.
bottomline is dollars in the check, it dont matter where they come from.
it takes pennies to make dollars.
last year we averaged 4.00 on possum, more than we did on muskrats.
theyre not the junk everyone wants to claim they are.
Oh I thought you were going to say she help's put the catch in the vehicle and skin's them too. :innocentwhistle: She is too cute. Thank's for the other info as well.

LMFAO!!
"grinners" are what people call possums, LMAO!!.. i thought you were asking what they were good for. LOL
alexys helps comb the fur and take the coon off the stretchers.
Cathryn, Did you say you got $4.00 for a possum skin, who buys them and what do they use them for?cc
So thats what you did on your birthday :yoyo: There's 2 pages of Happy Birthday's in the tailgate and everyone thought you were mad at them. :laf:
Ok....it was only me that thought that. :doh2:
Nice pile of fur. Alexy's eating this stuff up aint she :eyebrownod:
i aint mad at anyone,lol.
ill go to the tailgate next.
carolina coyote, we got 4.00 avrage at NAFA and you should be able to get 2.00 easy in the country.
last year i know of some people who got 5.00 in the country.
fins, she loves it.
Thanks Cathryn, I don't plan to get into the trapping business but its nice to know that possum fur could bring in some money, lots of them critters down South. Good luck on your trapping this year. cc
