We had 79 teams enter up tonight. One man even came from Wisconsin, wow thats a long way.

That's a pretty good turn out so far. What'r ya estimating total head count?

Well the first day has ended. We make teams call-in (mandatory) with totals for the first day. At the end of today a total of 147 coyotes are on the ground.

We had a good showing at this years open hunt. Lot of great predator callers here in NM.

Here is the group photo. Lot of folks were gone by now. 167 coyotes in the pic. Several more coyotes behind these on the skinning rack.
