Title: LBL raffle prizes
Post by: CCP on January 16, 2009, 07:47:05 PM
Thought I would start this thread for people to put up prizes for the LBL.

If you would like to donate to the LBL hunt and cant make it you can send them along with someone or PM me for an address and we will get them to the hunt.

If you would like to list your donation or post a pic you can do it in this thread. I know a lot of guy's like myself are bringing something with them to donate. You are not obligated to donate.

I will start a list and add to it as stuff is donated and posted here.

I wont be there but.........

QuoteSilencer won my British 303 in the Lordal Raffle, but has opted to let us raffle it at the LBL.

Bopeye's bringing the 303 to raffle off.  Thats the least I could do for this board and all the fine friends I made here along the way.

Sometime in the future I will make the trip, I'd sure like to shoot the bull with every one of you.

I just got these finished and will get them sent out.  The front two calls have a Delrin body, are just over 2 inches long, and will have a coaxer reed in them.  The middle three (enclosed reed) have a Dymondwood body, are 2 3/4 inches long, and will probably have a cottontail reed in them.  {I like to think of these as "pocket calls" since they fit nicely in your pocket.}  The back two (open reed) have a Dymondwood body, the call body 3 inches long, 4 1/2 inches long overall, and have Yellerdog distress tone boards that I have modified for the use of O-rings which will make changing the reeds easier.

I wish that I would be there to hand these out, but it isn't going to happen this year.

Bill,

It is not FnF members that don't qualify for any of the drawing items.  Actually no one who attends qualifies for any of the drawing items.   :laugh2:  They are all just sent to those of us who are not there.

Jerry

P. S.  This is a JOKE!

All these great call's are about changing my mind on coming down.  You people do some truly amazing work and my wife just through a bit of a hissy fit when I said I was heading south to hunt coyote's.  Any body who wins any of these should and will fell proud. :yoyo:

We may have a problem fellas. According to Federal law, if I transfer this gun to anyone outside of the state of Tennessee I have to use a FFL.
That means whoever get's the gun would have to go through a background check and have the gun through a dealer.
Anyone got any ideas on how to do this?

Most shops around here charge 25-30$ to run it through their books. That does not count the 10 $ state fee.
