Larry met me at my house Fri nite. We had planned on hunting most of the nite, but strong winds changed our plans.
We were lucky enough to pick this coyote up on the first stand. We recently acquired permission to call this place, and called one in a month ago, that came in at the exact place this one did.
About 2 minutes into the stand, he's trotting in, circling downwind and Larry took the shot. We didn't recover him that nite, after looking around a few minutes.
I drove out there today, and he was laying about 200 yards from where he was shot. Another mangy one, most of the belly was bare. I'm sure he was chilly last nite,as the wind chill had to put it close to 0 degrees.

Larry made a lot of timber calls yesterday, before he met me, and knocked one down in the woods, about an hour before dark. It was furred up pretty nice
Great job. Nice one.
