$820 billion Bail Out
As a Concerned tax payer I really don't understand how this is gonna work.We give money to the rich who are making millions a year on salary, and they just abused the $750 Billion Bail Out.
The way I see it,and this will probably work better is if you were to divide this bail out up between the working tax payers that make less then $100,000 a year it would be better used.
If you really think about it the blue collar workers would use the money to pay off loans, and ect..
Great idea, but don't hold your breath.
I know we sure could use a little. Amen.

Trust me when I say this was sent to the WhiteHouse
i think Congress wants to give it to the investment banks like it did before because they have money invested in those same instituions and if somthing doesnt happen they lose their azzes too.
i might be wrong but to me it makes since cause we all know for the most prt, theyre out for themselves. they forgot about us the day we elected them to office because they didnt need us anymore.

I sent them one similar to that Bill I may just go one step farther and send a nice letter where I can go into more detail as to what I think of his 820 billion bail out plan
Actually they brought this to light on one of the news shows. If they divided that money up between every blue collar worker in the United States, every one of them would receive a check for $14 dollars.
That's not gonna help me much, maybe pick up a gallon of milk, couple loaves of bread.

Who inthe Sam Hill did the math on that one :wo:

The Gov and the media are in each others pocket and the media will report what sounds good for the Gov
Someone get out the big caculator
I'm trying to think what broadcast they were discussing it on and cant recall. Cspan maybe?
Jim
If you would have said 2743.34 I would have agreed a little quicker on that
And if you notice I said Blue Collar worker not everyone that filed a tax return
There are a lot of people out there that are getting a tax return that are collecting WELFARE due to the earned
income tax break :nofgr: :wo: That to me is WRONG .I say if you don't contribute you shouldn't get

yep what he said if they aren't paying into it from income earned working they shouldn't be allowed to recieve any of it
Oh I agree.
I dont like any of it, no matter how it's used.
To me the first check they sent out was a bunch of BS anyway. Were down, the economy sucks, people losing their houses, losing their jobs, so they do an air drop and dump a bunch of checks on scurrying Americans below. I felt like I was in Iraq, trying to catch a sandwich.
Ok it wasn't quite like that, but that's how it felt to me. How degrading and belittling :rolleye:
How do you like that new cabbage head that is going to be the Secretary of Finance? Which means he will be over the IRS. It seems he has been forgetting to pay his share of the taxes, but the press is quick to point out "he's still the most qualified". Ya dang right he is...........he's a THIEF!!!! :rolleye:
