Title: After Deer Season

What call would be the best to use after deer season with gut piles and dead deer laying around in East central Ohio   Intruder,distress,ect... Thank You

I think that by the time deer season is over, they have pretty much cleaned up the gut piles and deer carcasses so you would probably be good to go with a distress call.   I know that around here, once the deer season is over, it's back to business as usuall and I call them in with rabbit distress sounds, kitten sounds and pup distress sounds like any other time of the year. 

I think that if they hear a good distress sound, no matter what they are doing, they just have to come at least investigate it.  It's in their blood.

I believe very few of the coyotes I kill are responding out of hunger alone.   Coyotes are territorial, jealous, selfish, curious and horny... don't feel limited by their momentary abundance of food.
