I just got back from a ice fishing trip about 40 miles from Pierre. Me and my two boys had a great time and caught some nice fish. We stayed in our ice house and fished walleyes at night and hit the small stock dams in the day time for perch and blue gills. It was some quality time I spent with my boys Colby and Miles. I wouldn't trade that for anything. The coyotes howled all night on Lake Oahe and it was an absolutely beautifu night with a full moon. The walleyes wouldn't co-operate but we did catch a few nice channel cats. After two days of fishing , I am worn out, stiff, and sore. A couple days of rest and I will be ready to go again. Here is a few pictures.

Looks like you had a real good time and even a bad time with the boys is better than no time. Bet the howling was bugging you.
Nice Jerry :yoyo:
Them look like some monster Bluegills.
You and your boys either got some nice honey holes, or you simply get r done. This is one of many successful trips you've posted with those boys of yours. :congrats:
Looks like fun Jerry!!! :yoyo: :yoyo: :yoyo:
Jerry,
Sure looks like some good fishing (and eating), but I am sure that the memory of going out with your boys will last with both you and them much longer than the fish.
Jerry
I agree, looks like some good eats,
but the time spent with the boys is priceless. :congrats:

That's great stuff, Jerry. Nothing like time spent with your sons.
