this one wouldn't move so I could take a nice safe shot at him.He stayed right in line with the neighbors house :nofgr: I sat and watched him for about 5 minutes and he finally went out of sight
Someday he will make a mistake

SHOOT MAN WE JUST PITCH THE HOG AND EAT THE DOG
We have plenty of ground hogs around here
The Farmer next door has them so bad that they are digging holes in the middle of the field and the field is flat
So it is a problem for him and I want to help him solve his problem
i'll agree that those young'ns eat good. flat field get out the shotty gun and creep close real slowly. at first there will be some dumb ones, after awhile they seem to know the range of the gun.
When we start getting the spring thunderstorms you can really do a job on those whistle pigs. Mind you I havn't hunted them in a while but we used to go out first thing in the morning and right after thunderstorms. Soon as the sun came out you would find them sunning themselves or eating on the tender wet grass.
