Was working in Wetzel County WV today, where the hills 'r steep, and the hollers 'r deep. Up one such holler I came across one of mother nature's delicacies.

'round here, they are just about perfect now. Big enough, but not so big that the greens are getting tough. They're still nice and tender.

I actually think they do grow here. I need something for a size reference though.
You probably have them Jim, usually around Turkey season they're up around here but we never called them Ramps.
