( Not sure if this is the best pattern, but its the only target I kept ) 1187, .660 choke, 2 oz 6 shot... still not as good as my 870 pump, but this will still kill a bird easily

Vic,
I would get another target if I may say so.......that one in my opinion could give a young person the wrong Idea of where to aim on a turkey. M2cents
Nice shooting by the way........ :yoyo: :yoyo:
Al, he smokes a soda can at the same yardage, I agree, somethin about the target.
I have taken many folks turkey hunting over the years that think you aim for the head.......so many folks think that that I try and give them a correct target for practice and I tell ya they are hard to find.
I am sure you have explained it to them......just know that pointing it out with a marker on the target helps some.
Good Idea..... a focal point perhaps. thanks :yoyo:
Not too bad!! Looks like a touch to the right with the 410 & that's a good hit. I like to go for the neck too.
And I don't have a picture of my pattern & I don't feel like making another one. :nono:
That 1187 is gonna mush one too!! :yoyo:

Here is my pattern from a Remington 870 with a Primos Jelly Head choke. I tried several loads and this one seemed to work the best.

That'll git the job done, I was gonna try a jelly head out, I'm using the tightwad. Cant beat the prices on them.
