Title: Zinc makin turkey calls
Post by: Silencer on March 27, 2009, 03:14:52 PM
I knew they marketed duck and goose calls, now they're making turkey calls.  Very pricey compared to some other out there, I dont know their pro-staff.       :innocentwhistle:

Yeah I got into a heated debate over the price of those calls on another forum and the post ended up being deleted :innocentwhistle: It seems they are making predator calls too according to the latest ad in my waterfowl magazine.

The materials to make a mouth call runs somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 cents which includes the clamshell and cardboard header to package them in. How in the hell can someone charge that amount of money for one? The labor and knowledge to make one isn't rocket science.

Just a thought here. Some folks associate a "higher price" with "better quality".  That might be his sales pitch.
