Once again I have found the way for all fat people in the world to lose weight and feel better. I'm 21lbs lighter than I was on May 1 due to a policy of actually moving. Amazing how a little motion and not eating for days on end can reduce the poundage on a person. It's also kinda/sorta nice to not have to wiggle 'n squiggle to get the old jeans on[I refused to do the lay on the bed thing they tell me some people resort too].

i lost 34 when i got the shingles in 3 weeks. :biggrin:

I have seen some folks that had open heart surgurey lose 40 to 60 pounds in 3 weeks but that don't mean I would like to have that done just to get my girlish figure back :laf:
if i could just catch the shingles a couple more times id be a happy lady, lol, minus the pain of course :biggrin:
