The boy's and mom got home from the Wainwright stampede at 11pm so I said let's go look for fireflys. Ma gave me that :holdon: :nofgr: :doh2: look and went to bed. Bob, Don and I saw a kazillion of the little flying sparks and they had a great time chasing them.

I tried to get pictures of hundreds lit up at once but all I got was black :doh2:
While out enjoying nature on the shortest night of the year we heard more coyotes howling than there probably is in the state of NY. Young sharp yips of pups right up to a lone howl of I'm guessing a big ol' dog. They were everywhere around us so as usual being out with my boys in nature was far more fun than watching any TV show I can think of.
oh ok you got me here I was thinkin you were a fellow browncoat and ment one of these
when you actully ment these kinds may just have to take logan out this week while I am off on vacation and teach him how to catch fire flys :yoyo:
I see you finally got some green grass up there......Looks like a great time! :yoyo: :yoyo:
When I was a kid, our place was thick with fireflies or as we called them, lightning bugs. Now we see a few here and there, but not like 35, 40 years ago for some reason.
