Title: Rock Garden Deer
Post by: JohnP on September 16, 2009, 12:04:00 AM
This rock garden is right outside our bedroom door.  It's still a "work in progress", has been for about 30 years now, hope to finish it before I croak off.  This is last years fawn, she visits daily to find out what new flowers my wife has planted and that she can have for lunch.

Not finding any greenery she likes she decided to nibble on one of the antlers I throw out there.  I'm only about 5 feet away from her when I took these two pictures.

Looks just like the one I tagged with my truck last Friday.   :laf:

That first picture almost looks like it's one of those concrete yard ornaments the way it's poised there.

By the way I like the rock garden :yoyo:

Nice garden!

I had calls made from the first deer each or our kids killed.  The only exception was the one our youngest daughter killed as she killed a pretty decent "first" deer, for an Arizona Coues,  and wanted it mounted.
