Title: Georgia flooding
Post by: Hawks Feather on September 23, 2009, 10:39:29 PM
Just wondering how the FnF members in Georgia are doing.  They have had flood coverage on the news and are saying that 10 are dead.  Seems hard to believe that last year they couldn't get any rain and now have a flood.  Hope everyone is O.K.

Im in NW Ga. and my county must have been cursed, we didnt get a 1/4 of the rain the rest of the state got ! It was still alot of rain but not enough in my county to end any droughts. Every county surrounding us were at one point under a flash flood warnings for days. Its very tragic that 10 people had to lose their lives in this weather event. Other than that the best thing that could have happened to Ga. would have been Atlanta floating on over to Alabama .

Jeb what town of GA you live in? I have some friends that live in Clevland, that is the NW part I think.
