I went fishing Wednesday and had two days to look for fish and what they'd eat before Wilma brought the boys up Thursday evening.

First few pics are kinda/sorta of the sun set on the lake.

I like the way Ma can make art with anything including water.

Donny on the fight.

And Bob

What happens when they work together with no landing net or other gear.

Proud lads.

Taking it to be weighed and then cleaned.

Not now maybe

Yep Semp those are all Lake Trout from 75' down in some cases.  They come up fairly hard and when they see the boat you best have your drag set right as they flip over and head straight down.  Yellowish meat on these guys but good eating.  The one Don caught was 9.5lbs and Bob's was 8 1/4 lbs.  I had one on a 12", 1oz jig that was twice the size and gave me many minutes of great fun.  Got him along side the boat and he opened his mouth, you could watch the hook come out :puke:.
Head shaking and rolling up the line is what they do after you get the fish on.
