Shedua / antler distress call

I just finished up this call from Elk antler and Shedua wood. I really hate sanding that wood and got sick of doing it so I burnt it instead to see what it would look like.  It's not really as dark as it looks in the picture.

Actually I did. It almost ended up in the wood stove.   :eyebrownod:  I hate sanding that wood.
