The cheese has arrived, some of it all the way to my alimentary tract!  Good stuff.

What are we going to do with you, Pitw?

I asked Pitw where to buy the stuff and he sends me a couple of nice big chubs  of two kinds of the sausage tube cheese!

It sure is interesting cheese, kind of a cross between high quality processed cheese and straight cheddar.  I've never seen nor tasted anything quite like it and it is GOOD!

It came in on Friday but I've been busy and away from computer so am just now posting.  Thank you for all of the careful packaging and mailing.

  Glad it showed up out there  .  Wife asked yesterday if some postal unit was enjoying some cheese with their whine .  Good description and I hope you enjoy it .
