Things been slow?

Been real slow so far. I did catch a red fox this morning, but let him go. He was in good shape and I don't think he'd had trouble getting back to doing his thing.

Slow here too, real slow. Had some great sets, or so I thought, on good sign, did'nt make a catch all week. All my snares untouched, had one yote step right on the pan in a dirthole set but the trap froze down and didn't fire.

My buddy has been trapping since season opened (Nov.15th.) and has only caught 4 coyotes and one red fox......
He usually gets close to twenty coyotes per year.... I knew the #'s were down but dang...... tough year.
