LBL trapping season/areas posted

According to the LBL website their trapping season for 2010 is: Jan. 10-23, on Kentucky Hunt Areas 2, 3, & 4 and Jan 17-30 on Tennessee Hunt Areas 11 and 13.


Anyone using/running dogs during those dates (or hunting coyotes later) might want to avoid these hot spots.

In Ky area 2 has somewhat limited access to a great deal of good ground. So I don't think they could really put a hurt on that one. Most of the trappers like run and gun setups with little or no walking involved.

But that also gives me incentive to learn even more about those areas if I get the chance to spend much time up there before hand 

This is also the first time I can remember zone five getting a break since we started this. It has always turned up several animals during the hunt anyway. Jimmie
