Who's it going to be?

Baltimore Ravens
N.E. Patriots
-----------
\
SuperBowl
/
-----------
N.Y. Giants
San Fran. 49r's

I'm jumping on the Giants wagon for this one, just cause I think my oldest daughter's their biggest fan. Ok maybe their second biggest. :innocentwhistle:
Giants Bedset, Giants purse, Giants, jerseys, Giants socks, Giants earrings
She takes a lot of heat up here from a lot of people for being a Giants fan. Some of it downright out of hand and she takes it sooo well. I'd love to see here glory handed to her with Giants win.

Jim, I have to agree.  My first team picked would be New England.  I am still watching thinking about the other team.

That's exactly why I quit watching football...at least watching any teams that I like anyway. I say we just cancel the freakin' game. I hate the pats (Brady in particular) and who really likes the G-men other than guys from Jersey? :wo:

I've made it much easier for me to watch all sports... I have no favorite teams, no favorite players, no favorite brands, so it matters not who wins... I just enjoy the action and abilities.     Doesn't matter, I will still whoop and holler for any great play, and jeer bad calls.  This past year its been baseball and softball from little league to pro, football from high school to pro, and a few select golf tournaments mostly.   Just can't get interested in basketball yet though, have never been interested in hockey or soccer, no longer in tennis or auto racing, but when a not as often seen sport is on I might watch it.   Probably would be different if not retired with the coworkers and the pools to bet.   And it was different when I lived when and where top ranked teams were local.   Anyway, now its just entertainment and doesn't get the heart into the danger zone.

So are you going to run a FNF/Super Bowl pool Jim?    :innocentwhistle:

Doubtful Ladobe. There's so many regulations and legalities to deal with it's frightening. Not to mention the outcome if one gets overlooked. :nono:

I know somebody who must be really happy right now !

FinsnFur

Oh my gawd you have no idea :doh2: She just called here screamin like she was being raped.
That was a pretty good game, and it literally came right down to the wire. And a thin wire it was.

I dont care for the Giants, but I'm pretty happy my girl got what she wanted. She's been taking a lot of ruthless heat from people and she is sooooooooo eating this up right now.

It was a good game...I had die hard Patriots fans texting n calling me the whole game ha-ha..freaking out towards the end...Tom Terrific faded bad

Not being a fan of any particular team or any players I enjoyed the game.   Typically a few key plays at the right time made the difference.... the Giants didn't really win, the Pats just lost.   I still can't believe any pro quarterback making the mistake Brady did with the safety.    Got a kick out of the Giants last go ahead TD too.   Smart move by the Pats, but Bradshaw wasn't smart enough fast enough to get down just short of the end zone.   If for no other reason Brady's bonehead safety and Bradshaws walk simply made the game from start to finish for me.
