It's too bad that they don't require a drug test to collect welfare in Michigan. It would sure cut down on the number of welfare recipients.

Thats here in WV to...I think thats the way it is everywhere nowadays.

I remember watching this when MTV was still good:


"Around this time,  rapper Jones aka Old Dirty Bastard, gained notoriety when, as he was being profiled for an MTV biography, he took two of his thirteen children by limousine to a New York State welfare office to pick up his welfare check; his latest album was still in the top ten of the US charts. The entire incident was filmed by an MTV camera crew and was broadcast nationwide."
