Old female transfering all of her pups. From a wet den to a dry den. She carried all of her pups one by one non-stop. A mile round trip.

Very nice pictures.  What camera are you using?

snafu

Semp, a (point & shoot) Panasonic DMC FZ-28 with a fixed 18x optical zoom lens. It is a fair beat around hunting camera. Some of my pics I sharpen up some on Photobucket. As sometimes the edges are a bit blurred.

They sure are beautiful creatures arent they. Most farmers around here ask you to leave them be, if were out calling coyotes and run into one.

Yeah they are beautiful. I killed a boatload of them in my younger days(kill them all attitude). Been tempted numerous times over the yrs. But can't bring myself to hammer one again. Besides their not the brighest bulb in the lamp. I prefer a challenge myself when I hunt. Anyway when I see one now days. I just take their pic, if they hold still, lol

I've seen only one silver fox. They are extremely rare. One of the two I seen one day. Was coal black & running with a Red that was "calico" or splotched in coloration. Never seen anything like either of them ever again. I figure they were litter mates. I have observed Red Fox for many yrs. They are an interesting little canine.
