New Rifle

Walked into a gun shop the other day and they had a DPMS 308-LR.  I am already .308 poor and didn't need another.  Well another ten minutes pass and I'm walking out of the shop with yet another .308, if I can work up a load before deer season it's probably what I'll use if I'm hunting on the border
When they come for mine they better bring theirs

Before you bought the DPMS, did you consider the Armalite AR-10?     If so, what tipped the scales in favor of the DPMS?   Just curious.

Never gave it any thought Semp.  Walked into the shop, they had it and I bought it.  Spur of the moment thing.  My .223 is an Armalite and I like it, thinking about one in .243. 

When they come for mine they better bring theirs
