Just a guess, but I bet them guineas tore that snake up. Vicious little things, and they love themselves some snake.

I have a set of chickens that killed and ate a turtle. My rooster (Ernesto) killed and ate a vole.

I've got several guineas. They whoop the hell out of rat/corn snakes trying to steal eggs.
