Okanagan

Shot an 8-10 foot tall fir sapling tree down behind a coyote I missed one time.  The coyote was focussed on me and the tree almost fell on him, really startling him.  6mm Remington shooting 75 grain Hornady hollow points.  Funny to watch.

I might as well add the rest of the story.  I was on my way to a gunsmith to have misaligned scope base holes corrected and the rifle had no scope on it.  Coyotes were abundant that day and on the fifth one spotted along the highway I couldn't resist even though the rifle had no sights.  I sneaked up within 30 yards, looked down the barrel and barely missed him.
