A 28-year-old Shortsville man has been charged with forcible touching, sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Sheriff’s deputies say Joshua Preston had sexual contact with a 14-year-old victim on multiple occasions between June 26 through July 12.

Preston is being held in the Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
