Yes Sir, Very interesting stuff, All the personnel involved had a very serious look on their face, must have been stressful situation. That Bomb did kill a lot of people but it saved many more than it killed.  :bowingsmilie: cc

I watched the movie "Above and Beyond" with Robert Taylor the other night. He played Col. Paul Tibbets, who was in charge of Operation Silverplate, which was the first nuclear bombing of Japan. The movie is fact based, but obviously some of the top secret things were left out of the movie. Still, it was very interesting.

I got to watch a taped interview of Col. Tibbets a few years ago. In it, he said that he'd drop the bomb again and had no regrets in doing so the first time.
The Second Amendment isn't about Hunting.
It's about Freedom.
