Some of ya may have seen this but i was adding photos to my photo bucket today and seen it and thought i post it up on here



I call it,

It's a photo I didn't even know I took,
till after the hunt and I return home and uploaded the photo's to my pc .

I think it may be one of my most Erie shot i ever took

I never got at actual weight on it but I say around 170lb lion from BC I took in Dec.

The funny thing was it was brighter out then the photo looks.
I cut the track about 1 1/2 before sun up, Then called my bud with the 2 dogs he showed up just at day brake I got the dogs out of there box and on the track as soon as he showed up on seen . the dogs ran quiet for about 10 min before treeing it, maybe 700 yard so the photo was taken maybe 1 after sun up

Here is a funny story about that cat,,

I tracked that cat the day before for hours, Just to find were he laid up on a knoll looking down at a ski trail.
It was the first time I seen a tail marks in the snow, he just sat there looking down and swinging his tail back and forth in the snow watching the trail like a house cat would watch a bird out a window. :shck:

That is 1 big cat !!!  and that pic of the glowing eyes would make your hair stand up  :shck: it looks like it should be on a Stephen King book cover or there is a Bow hunter / writer that wrote a Book called "opening day" it should be in his book for sure,,the "Opening Day" Author's last name is something like Visage ??? hell that don't sound right though,,I COULD GOOGLE it but then i would get a million references to Baseballs opening day and then I would be looking at Baseball things all day and night because I have a HARD time getting out of any Baseball site 
BUT once again George,,VERY NICE CAT !!!

Calling in a cat, now that would be cool!  Getting one with hounds would be almost as good.  I think I would be a little nervous standing under him though.
