Here is a spike/fork I shot opening morning here on the Kenai.  35 yard shot with my bow.  They are damn big animals to clean!!!

You are a lucky man.  Most of us only dream of going on a moose hunt.  You not only got to go, but you got one as well.  It will go great with the salmon.
