cant "search" or send "pm"

Not sure about the search, but you can't send PM's until you reach 25 post.

DirtyDog is correct... 25 posts for pm's but I'm not shure about the search feature.
I'll pass this along to the boss.

The search function was disabled for new members, but I can't recall why we had done that. 
It would then kick in after 25 posts.

Since I can't recall why we did that, and we haven't had any problems that I can recall, plus Chet's wife can't justify the action,...I flipped it back on. If we have problems of some sort down the road, we'll just flip her back off.
