Started on a diet 13 days ago and have lost 15 lbs. I have about 100 lbs. to go, but we'll give it our best shot. 
Quit chewing 8 days ago.........nicotine free for over a week. 
Quit drinking almost 4 years ago.
Don't know what I'm gonna do now......

BTW, for you guys wanting to quit nicotine. Go to the doctor and get Chantix..........that stuff really works.
