Caught 6 of these guys, must have been some type of breeding/fighting ritual. 

Got a quick shot off at em before they thundered away.

Looks different then the roughs we have up here, but non the less probably taste just as good. Ya clean them the same way, by standing on the wings?  :innocentwhistle:

I was just shooting with the camera, no gun here.  They're not in season until the fall.

Hawks Feather

I saw one in southeast Ohio years ago while hunting gray squirrels.  It was a quick glance, like a second before it flew around a tree and continued on (out of sight).  I did see a few up in Alaska.  They just sat there by the side of the road waiting for "bus people" to throw crackers.   :wink:
