Did some fine tuning today.
Me a couple of buddies have a Prarie Dog shoot planned in a couple of weeks.
I think this combo will do the job :eyebrow:
The rifle is a Remington Sendero style. Nikon Monarch 6-20 x 44, Near bases, Mark V rings, Rifle Basix trigger tuned at 12 oz., bedded action.

The load is 34.5 gr of Varget pushing 55 gr Berger's @ 3420 fps. Norma neck sized brass. Pretty tame load for this caliber, but it super accurate.
Here is a 3 shot group @ 100 yards.

I think that'll tip over a p-dog or two.

Good looking/shooting rig ya' got there, a keeper... MOA of P-dog... NO problem

Best of luck with your trip, shoot a few for us.
Please visit our ol' buddies over at: http://www.easterncoyotes.com

Born and raised in the southern highlands of Appalachia, I'm just an ol' country boy who enjoys calling coyotes... nothing more, nothing less.

Here's a little better photo of the rifle.
