cathryn , You wont see a deer like that on a wall in DIXIE. That one had to have migrated from the North. Looks like a Wisconsin  inner city buck for sure. Jim surprised you didn't recognize it.

Have em check the inner lip, usually them inner city buck have a jail-house tattoo number there.

the raical implications just donned on me. not cool,imo.

my post wasnt meant as racial just that it looks like alot of deer that ive seen out of Mississippi. the antler color looks like those on the bucks from down there where they have alot of thick cover.

One of the horns came off this buck as a shed would.........I think he did not have the right nutrition or something...
