I'm skeptical.  The picture kind of reminds me of that big mtn. lion that made the rounds on the forums a few months ago.  Some said it was hit by car out near Grantsville.  Turned out to be a hoax???

could be a hoax i guess but i looked for whether it might be a hoax before i posted it and i couldnt find anything to point to a hoax but i might not have searched enough.

i gotta admit when i read it i was like how in the heck could you not see something that big???

and id never heard of a bear hibernating in a cornfiled either? eating corn yes but never hibernating in a field.

  There was one a couple years ago where the bear was trapped underneath when the combine caved in the den.  Probably something similar happened here.
