do you have a favorite Christmas Tradition that you celebrate each year, and if so what is it?

That would have to be making "press" cookies.  I can remember helping my mom make them and taking them to neighbors when I was a child (that would be MANY years ago).   At that time there was a cookie press that had a threaded rod that pushed the dough through the design (stars were my favorite) and onto the cookie sheet.  In addition to eating the unbaked cookie dough, I was usually allowed to turn the knob on the press which made me think that I was making cookies.  Of course, mom usually had to put most of the ones I pressed back together, but I was allowed to help even though looking back I was probably more of a hindrance than a help.  After I was married, Becky started making Christmas press cookies with mom and Becky has since passed it on to our daughters.  I still get to become a hindrance, I mean help when Becky makes them.  Now our daughters are having their daughters help so it has become somewhat of a tradition.  The actual press has changed over the years, but the cookies (and cookie dough), and the memories that go along with making and eating the cookies remains.
